Platform access

Tell us about your business

Dispense Flow is not self-serve. You are asking to sell prescription medicine through our provider network, our pharmacy partners and our payment rails, so a person reads every application before access is granted.

  • Two business days is the usual turnaround
  • Nothing is charged at any point in this process
  • Ten minutes if you have your EIN to hand

What we check, and why

That the business is real

Legal name, EIN and state of formation, checked against the public registry. This is the part most applications are declined on, and it is almost always an entity that was never finished rather than anything untoward.

That we can actually serve you

What you want to sell and where. Some treatments are restricted in some states, and a few are not something our provider network will prescribe at all. Better to know on day one than after you have built a store.

That the clinical side holds up

Whether you are bringing your own prescribers and pharmacy or using ours. Either is fine. What matters is that somebody licensed is making the clinical decision and that the chain is one we can stand behind.

History, if there is any

We ask about regulatory action and terminated merchant accounts. A yes is not a no. It is a conversation, and it is far better had now than discovered by a payment processor later.

The application

The business

Three names, because they are often different: the one on the registration, the one customers see on the storefront, and a registered DBA if you hold one. The brand name can change before you launch.

What you want from us

Neither answer changes whether you are approved. White labelling tells us which plan to talk to you about, and the second tells us whether to put you with someone on our side for the first build.

Clinical and compliance

LegitScript is what Google and Meta require before they will run ads for prescription services. Through our partner it is $4,200 and includes the expedited review. On your own it is $975 to apply plus $2,150 a year, and the expedited review is another $2,500. Here is what the certification involves.

Has this business, or any owner of it, been subject to regulatory action, board discipline, or had a merchant account terminated?
