Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Dispense Flow Terms of Service. It sets the rules for what you may sell, publish and do on the platform. You First Agency, LLC, doing business as Dispense Flow, may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify authorities for violations.
Products and programs you may not offer
- Schedule I controlled substances, and Schedule II–V controlled substances unless the prescribing provider and dispensing pharmacy fully comply with the Controlled Substances Act, the Ryan Haight Act and applicable DEA and state rules, and you have told us in advance.
- Drugs not approved or lawfully marketed in the United States, drugs for research use only, or compounded products marketed as copies of commercially available drugs outside the exceptions in FDA guidance.
- Anabolic steroids for non-medical use, "peptides" or hormones without a licensed prescriber and a lawful pharmacy source, or any product marketed for performance enhancement without medical necessity.
- Products or programs for anyone under 18, or that target minors.
- Anything that requires a prescription without an actual evaluation by a licensed provider through the platform or an equivalent lawful process.
Claims and marketing
- No false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about safety, efficacy, results, speed or pricing. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence.
- No "before and after" imagery, testimonials or guarantees that violate FTC rules or the rules of the ad platforms you use.
- No implying FDA approval, government endorsement, or affiliation with a pharmacy, provider or Dispense Flow that does not exist.
- Clear disclosure of prices, subscription terms, renewal, cancellation and refund rules before checkout.
- Marketing email and SMS only with the recipient's consent, with a working unsubscribe, and never containing unencrypted PHI.
Patient protection
- Do not pressure, deceive or manipulate patients into purchases, and do not sell to someone a provider has declined.
- Do not interfere with a provider's or pharmacy's independent judgment, offer them incentives tied to approvals, or split fees unlawfully.
- Do not collect more patient information than needed, and never share PHI with ad platforms, analytics tools or other third parties outside the platform's HIPAA-covered integrations.
- Maintain continuity of care: if you stop operating, notify patients and support refills in progress.
Platform integrity
- No malware, phishing, credential harvesting or content that infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, load testing, penetration testing without written permission, or attempts to access other customers' data.
- No reselling access, sharing accounts, or using the platform to build a competing product.
- No use of the AI builder to generate unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, and no publishing AI output without reviewing it.
- No activity that would cause a payment processor, pharmacy, provider, ad platform or hosting provider to withdraw service from us.
Enforcement
We investigate reports and may act without notice when a violation threatens patients, other customers or the platform. Where practical we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem. Repeated or serious violations end the account. Report violations to legal@dispenseflow.com.
