Questions partners ask.
Do I need to sell anything?
No. Make the introduction; we run the demo, setup and onboarding.
When do I get paid?
Within 15 days after the referred practice completes its third paid month.
Is there a limit?
No. You earn a bonus for every practice you refer that meets the terms.
What if the practice already talked to Dispense Flow?
Bonuses apply to practices that are new to us when you refer them. If someone else referred them first, the first referral counts.
Can I refer my own practice?
Owners use the owner offer above (30% off the first 12 months) instead of a referral bonus.
Program terms
- Eligibility: A referral qualifies when a new practice signs up through your referral link or names you at signup or at its demo, and completes its third paid month. Practices already in our pipeline or already customers do not qualify.
- Attribution: Referral links are tracked for 90 days. If more than one person refers the same practice, the first qualifying referral counts.
- Bonus: $250 for Starter, $500 for White Label or Enterprise, based on the plan the practice is on at its third paid month. One bonus per practice.
- Payment: Paid by ACH or PayPal within 15 days after the qualifying month. We'll request a W-9 before paying and issue tax forms as required by law. You're responsible for your own taxes.
- Practice discount: Referred practices receive 30% off their first 3 months. Owner discount: 30% off the first 12 months for clinician-owned practices. Discounts can't be combined.
- No self-referrals: You can't earn a bonus for a practice you own or partly own.
- Conduct: Don't misrepresent Dispense Flow, make claims about medical outcomes, spam, or bid on "Dispense Flow" in search ads. We may withhold bonuses for referrals that violate these terms.
- Referrals are for software only: bonuses are paid for introducing practices to our software subscription and are never tied to patient referrals, prescriptions, orders, or the volume of any medical services.
- Your employer: If you refer a practice where you work, you're responsible for following your employer's policies on outside compensation.
- Changes: We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice on this page. Bonuses already earned will be paid.
- The program is operated by You First Agency, LLC, doing business as Dispense Flow.
